The Sanctuary Meditation is a technique that takes you to a sacred and safe place where you can meet your Higher Self and receive guidance and answers. This session is a one-hour guided meditation in which we practise it together.
It is open to those who have already taken the full Sanctuary Meditation Class or who have attended Empower Thyself.
